Yes. Most standard US numbers do not require a US address. You will need:

• A valid passport or national ID from your country
• A working email and mobile number For toll-free US numbers, you may also need
• A business name
• A short description of use

Yes, but most EU countries require proof of local presence, including:

• A passport or national ID from your country
• Proof of address in that EU country (e.g. France, Germany, etc.) Some non-geographic EU numbers may be available with fewer requirements — availability depends on the specific country.

You can receive as many calls as you need from UK numbers to your Avid Call number. However, to prevent misuse, we apply a Fair Use Policy: inbound usage should stay within 3,000 minutes per month per user. This is more than enough for typical small business use.

Not automatically. If your usage is unusually high, we may reach out to understand your use case. In some cases, we may recommend an enterprise plan better suited for your volume.

If we detect automated systems, call farming, or abusive volume, we may:

• Temporarily limit your inbound traffic.
• Request clarification about your use
• Suspend or terminate service if the policy is violated

Yes. The 3,000-minute inbound guideline resets on your monthly billing cycle

Not directly. Your outbound calls are already limited based on your plan (300, 600, or 900 mins/month). If you need more, we offer top-up packages or upgrades.

The Fair Use Policy applies mainly to UK inbound calls to your Avid Call number. International use (outbound calling, receiving calls from overseas) follows standard Twilio and local telecom rules.
