Applies To: All Avid Call users and plans (Starter, Pro, Advanced)
To maintain high-quality service for all users and prevent misuse, Avid Call applies a Fair Use Policy (FUP) to both inbound and outbound call usage.
1. Inbound Calling (UK Geographic Numbers)

Inbound calls are offered as “unlimited”, subject to reasonable business usage.

Usage exceeding 3,000 inbound minutes per month per user may trigger a review.

2. Outbound Calling

Each plan includes a fixed number of outbound minutes (e.g. 300, 600, 900).

If you consistently exceed your plan allowance, we’ll recommend an upgrade or offer top-up packages.

Abuse of outbound calls (e.g. robodialers, bulk cold calls) is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
3. General Policy Notes

The Fair Use Policy ensures a consistent experience for all users and protects against misuse.

We reserve the right to adjust limits or take action in cases of extreme or fraudulent use.
