Fair Use Policy (for Inbound & Outbound Calling)

Applies To: All Avid Call users and plans (Starter, Pro, Advanced)


To maintain high-quality service for all users and prevent misuse, Avid Call applies a Fair Use Policy (FUP) to both inbound and outbound call usage.


1. Inbound Calling (UK Geographic Numbers)

  • Inbound calls are offered as “unlimited”, subject to reasonable business usage.

  • Usage exceeding 3,000 inbound minutes per month per user may trigger a review.

  • If your inbound usage is unusually high or appears to be automated, bulk, or abusive, we may

    • Restrict or suspend service

    • Contact you to offer a custom enterprise plan


2. Outbound Calling

  • Each plan includes a fixed number of outbound minutes (e.g. 300, 600, 900).

  • If you consistently exceed your plan allowance, we’ll recommend an upgrade or offer top-up packages.

  • Abuse of outbound calls (e.g. robodialers, bulk cold calls) is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.


3. General Policy Notes

  • The Fair Use Policy ensures a consistent experience for all users and protects against misuse.

  • We reserve the right to adjust limits or take action in cases of extreme or fraudulent use.

  • If you require higher capacity (e.g. call centre, high-volume use), please contact us for a custom enterprise plan
