This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and standards governing your use of the Avid Call service provided by Wanroi LTD. The purpose of this policy is to ensure responsible, legal, and fair use of our telecommunications platform by all users, worldwide.
By using Avid Call, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, without refund.
1. Prohibited Activities

Spam and unsolicited communications Sending bulk, unsolicited, or automated messages or calls without clear prior consent.

Fraudulent or misleading behaviour Impersonating individuals or businesses, falsifying caller ID, or engaging in scams.

Harassment or abuse Using the service to threaten, stalk, harass, or abuse others

Illegal activities Engaging in activities that violate any local, national, or international law, including those related to fraud, defamation, or criminal impersonation.

Impersonation or unauthorised use Using the platform in the name of another person or organisation without consent.
2. Fair Use Policy
To maintain platform performance and reliability, Avid Call enforces a fair use policy:

Call volume and frequency must reflect typical small business or individual usage. Excessive or abnormal usage (e.g. call blasting, robocalls) may result in restrictions.

Automated dialers, bots, or third-party systems used for mass calling are prohibited unless pre-approved by Wanroi LTD.

Number reselling or unauthorised commercial redistribution of Avid Call services is strictly prohibited.
3. TCPA Compliance (United States Users)
Special Notice for U.S. Users:
For users in the United States, use of Avid Call for outbound calling must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal or state laws.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their outbound calls, including automated or marketing-related calls, meet TCPA requirements, including obtaining proper consent from recipients.
Wanroi LTD is not responsible for legal issues arising from non-compliance with local telecom laws.
4. Security and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must not share login credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at info@wanroi.com if you suspect misuse or security issues.
5. Violation Consequences
Wanroi LTD reserves the right to investigate and respond to policy violations by:

Temporarily suspending service

Permanently terminating accounts without refund

Reporting misuse to regulatory authorities

Pursuing legal action where necessary
