This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for the Avid Call service provided by Wanroi LTD.


1. Subscription Charges

  • All subscription plans (monthly or yearly) are pre-paid and charged in advance.

  • Your billing cycle begins on the date your account is activated or upgraded.

  • Charges may include setup fees for virtual number activation or document processing.


2. Free Trial (If Offered)

We collect and process the following types of personal data:

  • If a free trial is provided, no payment will be collected until the trial ends.

  • You can cancel during the trial period at any time without incurring charges.

  • Once the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically unless cancelled.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your Avid Call subscription at any time via the Gmax Card app or by contacting our support team at info@wanroi.com.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for any remaining days in your current billing period.

  • Your number and account access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Partial use of a subscription

    • Failure to provide identity/address verification documents after payment

    • Service downtime outside our control (e.g. third-party outages)

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

    • Duplicate payment due to billing error

    • Failure to activate service within 5 business days of receiving all required documents

  • All refund requests must be submitted to info@wanroi.com within 7 days of the charge.


5. Number Porting or Transfer

  • If you wish to port your number to another provider, you must contact support before cancelling your subscription.

  • Wanroi LTD is not responsible for any loss of number if cancellation is processed before a successful port request is completed.


6. Account Termination by Wanroi LTD

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts without refund if:

  • There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or illegal activity

  • The user fails to comply with our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy

  • The required documents were not submitted within the allowed timeframe
