These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avid Call service (“Service”), operated by Wanroi LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing, installing, or using the Avid Call service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description

Avid Call provides mobile and landline numbers via the Gmax Card app, enabling local and international calling, call management, and digital communication for individuals and businesses.


3. Account Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Able to enter into legally binding agreements

  • Willing to provide identification and address proof where required

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.


4. Service Activation & Identity Verification

Certain services, including phone number registration (UK, EU, USA, etc.), require identity verification. You may be required to submit:

  • A valid passport, national ID, or driver’s license

  • A recent utility bill, bank statement, or tenancy agreement

  • Business registration documents for corporate use

International Users:

If you're based outside the UK (e.g. Bangladesh, India, or Pakistan), you consent to lawful cross-border processing of your submitted ID and address documents for verification purposes. All documents are securely stored and encrypted in compliance with applicable laws.

Failure to provide required documents may result in account suspension or cancellation without refund.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Avid Call for:

  • Spam, robocalls, or auto-dialing without consent

  • Harassment, threats, impersonation, or abuse

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities

  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws

For US Users:

Use of Avid Call for outbound calling must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable state or federal regulations.


6. Pricing & Billing

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis

  • Setup fees may apply for number registration and compliance processing

  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or account closure


7. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Gmax Card app or by emailing us

  • Cancellations stop future billing but do not qualify for partial refunds

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, misuse, or policy violations


8. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime and consistent service performance

  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance

  • Downtime due to third-party providers, force majeure, or internet disruptions is not our responsibility


9. Privacy & Data Protection

Wanroi LTD is committed to protecting your data. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service, comply with telecom regulations, and enhance user experience.

Wanroi LTD processes all personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Users have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of their personal data. Data is stored securely within the UK or EEA, and access is limited to authorised personnel only.

10. Security

We use encryption, firewalls, access controls, and regular audits to keep your data safe. Any data breach involving your personal information will be reported to you and relevant authorities within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.


11. Limitation of Liability

Wanroi LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, data, or opportunity

  • Downtime caused by third-party providers, telecom carriers, or internet outages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the last 30 days prior to any claim.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
